Everyone's favorite old-time dreamers are back and this time they have a get-rich scheme that is sure to work: Build their own radio station! Of course, Bigfish is ready to supply all the licenses and construction for a small fee and a contract giving him complete control! Soon, everyone is caught up in the fever of being on the air -- and they work together to come up with a scheme to save the station for everyone, by faking an invasion of Martians!
